NOTICE:
All policy is subject to change without notice, but we will make every effort to update our policy and/or notify you of any changes.
TURNAROUND:
All orders of in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders paid by personal check or e-check require a 4 business day holding period to verify funds before orders are shipped.

We will provide tracking information for all orders via the email address you have on file for your account
SHIPPING RATES:
All orders under $99.00 currently have a flat rate shipping cost of $3.95. All orders of $99.00 or more ship free of cost. Currently, USPS shipping services used for your order are determined by us and/or the weight of the order.
BACKORDERS:
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item on back order becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for the second shipment. We will provide an estimated wait time for back orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently offer international shipping. We aim to provide this service in the future for our international customers. However, many international customers may order from our eBay store. We apologize for any inconvenience on this matter.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Because of the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if an order fulfillment error was made on our part or if we determine that any damage to your order was caused by us. Returns must be pre-authorized. You will receive your money back for the item(s) you return unless an exchange is authorized. Your item(s) must be in its/their original condition in order to be eligible for a return. Some exceptions may apply at our discretion.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Please email info@freewillbullion.com to request a refund. If eligible, we will assign you with a tracking number.
2. Mail your pre-authorized returned item(s) to:

3. Please include the original receipt with the return and allow up to 3 business days after your return is received by us to receive your refund or an authorized exchange to be fulfilled and shipped out.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Outside of our return policy, we reserve the right to make case by case exceptions at our discretion.
RESTOCKING FEE:
There are no restocking fees for returns that are due to our error or negligence. A 10% restocking fee may or may not apply if returned for any other reason. This will be determined during the pre-authorization process for a return.
EXCHANGES:
We currently only offer exchanges at our discretion. Please follow the return policy instructions to request an exchange.
